Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.

I think you need to meet a neurologist urgently.
The symptoms of tingling numbness in limbs, with headache with neck pain are highly suggestive of a possible hemorrhage in the brain that may have been secondary to high blood pressure spike.
Please do meet the neurologist urgently for a CT Brain.
A good control of blood pressure is of course needed.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal
